Ownership and Licensing

Real Estate Production Network (REPN) retains full ownership of all materials created, including but not limited to photographs, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, virtual staging, and other media. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-transferable license to use the materials in any medium, worldwide, and in perpetuity, solely for their intended purpose.

 

Payment Terms and Late Fees

Invoices must be paid in full and on time. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the date the invoice is sent. For late payments, a five-day grace period will be provided, after which invoices will incur a late fee of $50 or 3% of the outstanding balance per month, whichever is greater.

 

Revocation of License

 

Failure to pay invoices in full and on time will result in the revocation of the client's license to use any REPN-created materials, including those already in use. Before revoking the license and removing materials, REPN will provide written notice to the client, giving them five business days to address the overdue payment. Revoked materials must not be used or displayed in any medium, including online platforms, until the account is brought into good standing. REPN reserves the right to request removal of any such materials from third-party platforms if necessary.

Modification of Terms

 

REPN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of REPN services or materials after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

Liability Disclaimer

REPN is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the client's use of the materials, including but not limited to copyright infringement, misuse, or any other legal actions taken against the client. The client assumes full responsibility for the appropriate use of the materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

SMS Messaging

REPN’s SMS Messaging program allows clients to receive SMS updates related to their active real estate media projects. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, delivery notices, revision requests, or other project-specific communication.
 

To opt in to receive SMS updates, check the opt-in box in the preferences section of your dashboard at dashboard.realestateproduction.net/preferences, or text "START", "HI", "HELLO", or "HELP" to 929.353.6984.
 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 929.353.6984, or unchecking the opt-in box in your dashboard. After opting out, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
