*If you are doing voiceover, please email us a script or your listing copy at least 2 business days prior to the shoot, to help ensure there are no delays or additional production/postproduction charges. Unscripted videos will generally require additional production and postproduction time.

*It’s important that we know the exact number of those speaking on camera to ensure that our team is adequately prepared with enough mics for everyone. We will assume 1 speaker unless otherwise noted.

*We always recommend being as specific as possible when it comes to music, since song changes are not included in our complementary 1st round of revisions. Song selections must be received the day following the shoot, or our team will select for you to stay on schedule.

*If yes, please confirm our team will have access to any spaces listed above prior to the shoot. 

*Please note we may shoot exteriors and neighborhood in advance of the appointment, so requests must be received in advance. Generally these should be 3-4 spots within a 5 minute walk from the home.
